Once upon a time
Kevin Lee, Michael Chan, Mandy Zeng, and Michael Tran, four high school best friends fulfilled their dream of every food-loving group of friends by opening their restaurant: Le Château Maneki.
With hearts full of joy, they created a place where happiness, creativity, and sushi dreams come together. Whether it's satisfying late-night torched sushi cravings, enjoying ice cream dates, or relaxing on our sunny terrace, our mission is to sprinkle every moment with unforgettable memories.
